What is Credit Guard Account Manager?
Credit Guard – Account Manager is a software solution for I.T vendors to ensure that customers pay their computer accounts on time.
It provides:
- A friendly reminder to the customer each time their computer is booted up reminding the customer to pay their computer account to their I.T vendor. Screenshot
- A control measure implemented that automatically locks the customers computer should the customer default on payment. Customer’s computer is restored once computer account has been paid. Screenshot
- Terms of payment given to the customer until customer’s computer is locked are variable and is set by the I.T vendor upon loading the Account Manager software onto the customer’s computer. Screenshot
- Terms of payment can be extended as per the discretion of the I.T vendor. Screenshot
- Security measure implemented so that the customer cannot bypass the Account Manager system.
